Two Hospices. One Community of Compassion.

The Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice and the Six Nations Community Hospice are proud to partner once again to bring our communities together through Fall Mums for a Cause.

Celebrate the beauty of autumn while supporting two organizations dedicated to providing compassionate care, comfort, and grief support to individuals and families across Haldimand, Norfolk, and Six Nations.

When you purchase beautiful fall mums through this special campaign, you’re doing more than adding vibrant colour to your home — you are helping ensure that local hospice and grief support services remain available to those who need them most.

Every bloom purchased helps grow hope, compassion, and connection within our communities.

Supporting Hospice Care Close to Home

Both hospices are committed to providing compassionate, community-based support for individuals and families navigating grief, loss, and life’s most challenging moments.

Through our generous partners, we are able to purchase mums at wholesale cost and sell them to you. Proceeds from sales benefit local programs and services, including:

  • Grief and bereavement support for adults, children, and families
  • Caregiver support programs
  • Community education and outreach
  • Volunteer-led services
  • Seasonal remembrance events
  • Compassionate care tailored to the unique needs of each community

These services are made possible through the generosity of donors, community partners, and fundraising initiatives like Fall Mums for a Cause.

Proceeds from this spring plant sale will support NHCH operationally in 2024. Your support helps us to offer support to individuals with a life-limiting illness and to those who have experienced a loss. Our mission is to build a centre for hospice palliative care to serve Haldimand and Norfolk.
