- Once the form has been submitted, the memorial light will be available online.
Description
The holidays can be especially challenging when we are missing those dear to us. This year, we want to commemorate your loved ones by offering virtual holiday lights by donation to support the Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice.

Once you have completed your purchase, you will be directed to the form to complete your virtual Christmas light decoration. You may choose the specific light to add to our virtual tree and upload a message, story and/or a picture of your loved one. For those who would like to purchase more than one, you will be emailed a link to complete your secondary memories – or purchase each decoration separately.
Once you have completed your donation, your loved one’s name and story will appear on our website (https://norfolkhaldimandhospice.ca/) within 24 hours.
